STORE HOURS


Wild at Heart Decor & Gifts is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Please call us at (951) 780-3717, or send an e-mail to wildatheartdecor@aol.com with any questions or comments. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will call you promptly. Feel free to call on the weekend, and we'll return your call as soon as possible.
 

FREE GIFT WRAPPING


Are you buying a special gift for a loved one or adorable new baby? We are happy to provide a free gift wrapping service for many of the items we carry. Your gift will be carefully wrapped in lovely zebra print or leopard print paper and ribbon. We can also ship your gift directly to them (please indicate in the ship to address). To utilize our service simply select the gift wrap option during checkout. We are pleased to include a personalized gift card with your gift, and please write your gift card message in the comments box. As always, feel free to call
us with any questions.
 

PURCHASES


Our online store is open 24 hours every day! To make purchases, you may shop online, call us, or send your purchase request via fax. If you fax, please include your name, phone number, shipping address, and payment type. Our fax number is (951)780-8004.
 

Wild at Heart e-Gift Cards


A Wild at Heart e-Gift Card is always the perfect gift and easy to send online. You choose and purchase the amount and we e-mail the Wild at Heart e-Gift Card for you. Your recipient may redeem the Wild at Heart e-Gift Card online at any time. Wild at Heart e-Gift Cards can be used exclusively at www.wildatheartdecor.com.

Recipients will need to register on wildatheartdecor.com to redeem their Wild at Heart e-Gift card. To redeem the
e-Gift Card, enter the e-Gift Card code at Checkout. Wild at Heart e-Gift cards cannot be replaced, returned or redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law. If the e-Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. Wild at Heart e-Gift Cards do not expire and have no usage or monthly maintenance fee. Redeemable only online at wildatheartdecor.com.
 

PAYMENTS


PayPal
Wild at Heart Decor & Gifts uses PayPal to process all of your online credit card purchases. PayPal allows you to
pay for a purchase using your credit card, debit card, or bank account. With state-of-the-art technology and high security standards, PayPal is dedicated to keeping your information safe and private.

All purchases will be made over PayPal's secure server and payments will be made immediately. Industry-leading fraud prevention will keep your credit card information safe and secure.

We do not keep your credit card number or expiration date as part of our security and to protect your personal information. You will need to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you wish to make a purchase with us. Wild at Heart Decor & Gifts does not sell, give, share or show your information to any person,
or entity outside of our company.

No PayPal Account
No problem! If you do not have an account with PayPal, you can call us with your credit card or debit card information for secure and instant processing.

Checks and Money Orders
We accept personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders if you wish to mail your payment. Your purchase
will ship upon receipt of payment and bank clearance (usually 3-4 business days). We do not accept cash payments in the mail.
 

SHIPPING


We are pleased to ship your purchase within the next business day after payment has been received. We'll also
send you an e-mail on the same day to confirm your shipment. (An exception: if our store is on vacation notice,
we will promptly ship on the dates shown).

United States
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States with 2-3 business days delivery. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands and delivery is 7-10 business days. Packages that weigh less than 16 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within the United States to save shipping costs, with 4-6 business days delivery (unless you request Priority Mail). Parcel Post is also available. Please note that during the holidays these times are often longer due to a larger USPS mail volume.

International
We ship via USPS International First Class Mail or Priority Mail to Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, and Australia. Please e-mail us for a delivery time estimate and shipping cost before you purchase. Delivery times are estimates since packages can get delayed in customs.

Unfortunately USPS does not offer International tracking. If you need tracking we can offer shipping via UPS or
Fed Ex. For this option, please call us to place your purchase over the phone and mention that request.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, a refund will not be issued.

PayPal Fees for International orders: Please be advised that if payment is made through PayPal and for any reason your order is canceled and refunded in full that PayPal retains a fee for the exchange rate.
 

RETURNS


You may return any unused product in its original packaging to us within 10 days of your shipping delivered date. You must include proof of purchase (a copy of your packing slip or invoice) along with your return. The original shipping fees are not refundable, unless of course, you are returning items we shipped in error. Your items refund will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was originally made on when we receive your return. If you paid via a check, we will issue your refund by a check.

For all returns, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to ship via UPS or Fed Ex, please contact us for our street address other than our P.O. Box.

If you decide to do an exchange, we apply your full purchase price toward your exchange and no shipping costs
are retained. If you are unable to return your item within 10 days, just let us know. We will be happy to issue your refund in the form of a store credit.
